Thursday 26th February @ 07:20 :- A very mild start with temperatures sitting at a 'balmy' 10°C(50°F) across the forecast area. Expected rain is still approaching the area from the W/NW, and will arrive a tad later thna origianlly anticipated. So, cloudy at first but outbreaks of rain will spread across the area through the morning, and becoming breezier. A brief spell of heavier rain into the earlier afternoon as the front clears away E/SE. Sunny skies then for the rest of the afternoon. Temperatures, as alluded to very mild initially, peaking at 11°C(52°F), but falling several degrees with the clearance of the rain, perhaps to 5°C(41°F) or 6°C(43°F) by the end of daylight hours. Wind - Breezy at times with gust potential to 25mph in places and generally from the SW but veering WNW with the clearance of the rain.

EVENING & OVERNIGHT: Clear spells through the period allowing temperatures to fall close to, or a tad below freezing across the forecast area. Wind decreasing.
